When placing your order, please enter the personalization in the order that you would like it to appear on the cufflinks.  If you enter RHE, the H will be the letter that appears in the middle and it will be larger (like it appears in the picture).  If you do not want the middle letter to be larger, please mention that in the personalization section when placing your order.
